When will I receive my item(s)?

In most cases your item will be dispatched within 1 working day after payment confirmed

Delivery can take up to 10 working days, although in most cases is much quicker than this.

You can help us speed up your order by paying for your order by an immediate payment method with credit card  or PayPal

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

Upon the shipment of your items, you will automatically be notified via email of their dispatch. This email will include information on the carrier, the service it is being sent through, a unique tracking number as well as information how to track your shipment online.

You also can check your order status via My Account.

What are your shipping charges?

The Shipping charge calculator is located on each item page, and again below the product specifications. Simply enter your post code in the field and click enter and the shipping will be calculated 

Different items incur different shipping rates, so please be sure to check the shipping charge prior to placing your order.

Which carriers do you use?

For orders shipped through our Australian local supplier we use Australian Post (eParcel), Fastway Australia and Toll Ipec.

For overseas direct shipping offers we use DHL, EMS, Fedex, TNT and UPS

All shipments from are covered by transit insurance. In the unlikely event that your item is lost in transit, we will replace it at our cost.

Is my item covered with transit insurance?


For your peace of mind, all the items you purchase from are covered with transit insurance. All items that are 'Missing in transit' or 'Damaged in Transit' are covered with a third party insurance provider.

 Buyers can be reassured that they don't have to deal with insurance companies in the event of a missing or damaged parcel. Once we receive the documented proof for 'Missing in transit' or 'Damage in Transit' from the courier or the Post Office, we will send the replacement item immediately.

Payment FAQ

1. What payment methods does Gadgetfind accept?

Gadgetfind accepts payments through Paypal, debit/credit cards payment thruogh PIN Payment secure Chechout and Bank transfers. 

2. How long does payment processing take?

 Payment processing will only begin once we have received all your details. If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, then the order will processed on the next business day. 

 Business days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in Victoria. Payments received via debit, credit card or Paypal will be processed immediately once the “SUBMIT MY ORDER” button is pressed. You will then receive an email confirmation indicating the order status.

For bank transfers once the funds are received in our account, we will send you an email confirmation and begin to process you order.

3. Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Gadgetfind employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology software for its transactions online. Therefore it is safe to use your credit card online as long as the customer takes the standard online purchasing precautions.

Gadgetfind will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manne
